Please read these Terms of Service before using our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not use any website services. 

Tracking numbers are given for all shipped orders, so you can track your package. If you are having trouble finding your order, contact your local post office. They usually know where your package is and when you will receive it. Friday Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an order is returned to Friday Apparel by the post office, due to a "refusal" or shipping error by you, we are not responsible for paying shipping a second time. We will attempt to contact you regarding the returned mail by contacting the email provided by you with your order, and you will be responsible to pay for a second shipment. You agree to update your account with current, complete and accurate information for all purchases made from our store (including your email address and credit card information), so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by Friday Apparel.

We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without notice. We also serve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products that we offer. Product descriptions and product pricing may be changed at anytime without notice. Products may be discontinued at any time without notice. We do not warrant that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Colors and images of our products that appear online are displayed as accurate as possible. We can't guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device will display colors accurately. All products are tested before creation, but we do not guarantee that the quality will meet your expectations (though they've met and exceeded ours).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer account, credit card or address. If an order is changed or canceled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided by you with you order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by distributors, dealers, or resellers.
